- Select Brand and Model
- Select Auto Detect USB or Select Force Detect Preloader
- Tick ✅ Use Server Auth.

Unlock BL/Brom Enabling Solution by TFM:
- Tecno Infinix,Itel Unlock/Relock Bootloader, Enable Brom Guide:
- 1-Select Brand-Model
- 2-Go Flash Tab, Load Partitions from Partitions Manager, Backup Preloader, then Erase Preloader. Reboot.
- 3-Reopen tool, and don’t select anything (brand model auth, etc)
- 3-Load Prelaoderin Preloader Button. (or Load Scatter)
- 4-Then UnlockBL or any Brom Operations.
For Old Security/Brom Enabled Phone: Don’t select brand-model or anything, Do your Job.
For Legacy and Very Old and Law Chipset Phone: Please use Old Module.

How to Remove MDM from Tecno/Infinix/Itel
1. Choose your desired brand and model.
2. On the left sidebar, select “auth” under configuration.
3. Navigate to the “Operations” tab.
4. Click on the “Mdm remove (Tecno/Infinix)” button.
5. Connect your device using a USB cable, ensuring you don’t press any buttons.
6. Once the operation is complete, you have two ways to factory reset:
a. Go to settings and select “factory reset.”
b. Alternatively, you can perform a factory reset from recovery mode.

How to Install Setup on Windows
- Download the required version from the above links
- After downloading extract the zip file using Winrar or 7Zip
- Open the Extracted folder and double-click the TFM Tool Pro MTK setup
- Now Accept the Terms & Conditions and proceed
- Choose the Installation folder (c: drive Recommended)
- Follow the on-screen instructions and complete the installation
- Now Go to Desktop and Open the TFM Tool Pro MTK .exe
- Login with ID and Password (if Required)
- Choose your Mobile Brand and Model
- Power off the Phone (Make sure the Battery is at least 30% charged)
- Connect the phone to boot mode (Vol Up & down or EDL Mode)
- Choose Function as required (Format or FRP)
- Wait for the Unlock Process to complete
