-What is a Certificate File?
Basically, this is digital data that gets connected to the given phone during manufacturing and it also gets signed by the manufacturer this is the so-called Certificate. This certificate includes, among others, certain data of the IMEI.

-How does a Write Certificate work?
Certificate files are for restoring the original IMEI number and also can be used in some cases to replace it with one which is already saved. Please keep in your mind, the certificate contains your IMEI number, if you decide to write a Certificate on your device the imei will be replaced with the new one.

-How does the Read Certificate work?
Connect the device to the tool in both Fastboot Mode, the Read Certificate File in the repair tab of Hisitilicon Software will appear. You have to just click on the service and the tool will do the rest of the work for you.
This function will clone your NV/IMEI Creating a file with the Digital data of the Connected Device (Certificate).

-How does Erase Certificate work?
This function will erase all the NV Details of your device… including the Digital Signature.

You must first connect your Device in Huawei COM 1.0 Mode and perform Bootloader Unlock “Temp”
