How to Flash OnePlus 9R 5G Using MSM Download Tool:
- Launch MsmDownloadTool V4.0.exe.
- On the login prompt select “Other” in the dropdown menu and click on Next.
- Wait a few seconds until the main window shows up.
- Click on the Target button and select O2 while using the global tool or India while using the Indian tool or EU when using the European tool.
- Press the Start button (this is done so that the device will be “captured” automatically by the tool instead of going back to normal boot after 10 seconds)
- Power your device off.
- Let it cool down for one minute.
- Hold both volumes in to get in Qualcomm EDL mode and the screen will stay black. While holding, plug in the USB cable from your phone to your computer. Let volumes go alter plugged in.
- Wait some time (should not be longer than ~300 seconds).
- Enjoy your brand-new device.

The Unbrick Tool (also known as the MSM tool) is a tool made by Qualcomm and modified by OnePlus. This tool re-flashes most of the partitions on your phone and is also used in OnePlus factories. It can be used to roll back to a previous build, fix certain issues you might face, or if you just want to go back from a custom ROM to Oxygen OS. Furthermore, it locks the device bootloader upon use.
