If you are experiencing FRP issues with your Gionee X1 or X1S smartphone, don’t worry, as we have a step-by-step guide to help you remove or reset FRP.

The Gionee X1 smartphone runs on Android 7.0 Nougat OS and is powered by a MediaTek MT6737 processor. The device has 2GB of RAM and 16GB of ROM, which is expandable up to 128GB via an SD card.

Factory Reset Protection (FRP) is a security feature on Android devices running Lollipop 5.1 and higher. It is automatically activated when you set up a Google™ Account on your device. Once FRP is activated, it prevents the use of a device after a factory data reset, until you log in using a Google username.

To reset FRP on your Gionee X1 or X1S, you will need SP flash tools, a scatter file taken from the firmware of your device, and basic PC and USB knowledge. You must also backup your NVRAM, and personal data, and create a Nandroid backup.
